I didn’t grow up dreaming about real estate. I grew up watching my parents, immigrants from Poland, rebuild a life from nothing. I watched what hard work actually looks like, how much pressure a family can carry, and how far grit can take you when talent alone isn’t enough. For a long time, I didn’t know what my path was. I coasted my first year of college. I drifted. I made mistakes. But somewhere in that fog, something clicked, a moment where I realized the life I wanted wasn’t going to show up on its own. I had to build it. Brick by brick. Day by day. No shortcuts. No excuses.

Real estate became the first arena where all of that, discipline, pressure, ambition, and belief, finally had a place to go. I got licensed young. I hit walls early. I learned fast. And I fell in love with the process: the service, the strategy, the psychology, the negotiation, the responsibility of guiding people through decisions that actually shape their lives. Along the way, I taught myself more than how to run a business, I taught myself who I am when things get hard. The late nights. The early mornings. The failures that stung. The wins that made it worth it. All of it shaped the way I show up for clients today.

I’m not in this industry for the quick transaction. I’m in it for mastery. For service. For the long game. For the families who trust me with their future. And for the 19-year-old kid who decided he would become someone he could be proud of.

Today, I’m a full-time Realtor® and full-time business student pursuing two degrees — Marketing (Professional Sales) and Finance, because I want to understand this industry at the highest level, not just operate inside it. I run a real-estate media company By Rybicki Media, I study markets relentlessly, and I work every day to become the kind of agent people remember, not because I talk the loudest, but because I care the most.
